Staffroom and administration block at Mabanga
The need came up in one of our community sports dialogues. Teachers had partitioned a classroom to use as a staffroom because the school had no administration block. We verified it on site, took it to the CDF office, and the block is now complete and in use.

What happened
From a conversation on the pitch to a finished building
The community raised it
We did not go looking for this one. It came up during a community sports dialogue, where residents told us the school had no staffroom or administration block.
That is the point of running dialogues. People know what their institutions are missing long before anyone files a report about it.
We verified it on site
We visited the school to see the situation for ourselves. Teachers had partitioned off part of a classroom and were using it as a staffroom — taking teaching space out of use because there was nowhere else to work.
We took it to the CDF office
We documented what we found and submitted formal letters to the CDF office. The block was funded, built, and is now complete and in use by staff.

Outcome
What this shows
Mabanga Primary School now has a proper staffroom and administration block. The partitioned classroom goes back to being a classroom.
What makes this one worth recording is where it started. Nobody wrote to us about a staffroom. It surfaced in conversation at a community sports event, because we were there and people had somewhere to say it.
Dialogue is not separate from delivery. It is how you find out what needs delivering.
